ELIGIBILITY
REQUIREMENTS *:
  • Must be a first time homebuyer
  • Have an annual income of at least $15,000. However, income must be below 80% of the median income for the Birmingham Metropolitan Area
  • Homebuyer must agree to participate in our Homeownership Education Program
  • Homebuyer must pay a $500 sown payment which will be credited toward the purchase

*additional requirements may apply
