1. Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years progressively responsible experience in supervision and administrative operations related to housing or maintenance of multiple public or private facilities.
2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in Public Housing/Section 8 preferred.

EDUCATION/TRAINING
1.  Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and two (2) years supervisory experience, OR

2.  An Associate Degree with a minimum of six (6) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and four (4) years supervisory experience, OR

3.  High School diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and two (2) years supervisory experience.

4.  Minimum of one (1) year Assisted Housing Programs experience preferred.
