1. Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and two (2) years supervisory experience, OR
2. An Associate Degree with a minimum of six (6) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and four (4) years supervisory experience, OR
3. High School diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years experience in housing or maintenance operations and two (2) years supervisory experience.
4. Minimum of one (1) year Assisted Housing Programs experience preferred.

This position requires a Juris Doctorate or verifiable equivalent degree from an accredited or state approved law school. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the Federal and State courts of Alabama.
And must have a minimum of (10) years of experience supervising litigation and transactional matters within a civil, public or corporate legal setting. Must have represented multiple corporate clients with more than 100 employees. Representation must have included corporate, public entity, and employment legal matters. Must have supervised a number of responsible positions including attorneys and paralegal personnel. Five (5) years of assisted housing agency legal experience preferred. Ten (10) years of direct experience in legal research and trial preparation required. Minimum of five (5) years primary counsel litigation and trial experience in federal and state courts required. Experience in contract law and mixed finance housing transactions required.
